Present Gulshan Park may be revised as an art park and a sports park, keeping its greenery intact. The art park will provide a completely new form of environment with basement parking for the area, art pavilion, mini mall and an auditorium. In between the greenery of the park there will be walking trails and seating, with various kinds of sculpture and artworks.
